Role: Sales & Marketing Engineer – Transformers

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell oil-filled and dry-type transformers across industrial, commercial, and institutional clients.
• Identify, acquire, and develop new business opportunities through client visits, networking, and market research.
• Conduct technical discussions with clients, prepare proposals, and generate quotations.
• Manage customer communication, respond to inquiries, and ensure timely order follow-up.
• Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure on-time delivery and smooth project execution.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing customers while developing new strategic accounts.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets; prepare and submit sales performance reports.
• Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and pricing to support strategic decision-making.
• Required Skills
• Strong technical understanding of transformer products (oil-filled, dry-type).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage customer expectations and multi-task effectively.
• Proficiency in preparing proposals, quotations, and sales reports.
