🧠 Key Responsibilities

🔸 Full Stack Development

• Design and develop

  end-to-end web applications

  using React, Node.js, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Architect and implement

  high-availability backend systems

  capable of handling large-scale traffic.
• Apply

  advanced Node.js concepts

  including child processes, clustering, and worker threads.
• Optimize database performance (indexing, caching, and query optimization).
• Ensure

  server-side security

  compliance (OWASP standards).
• Deploy scalable systems on

  AWS / Google Cloud / Azure

  .

🔸 Frontend Leadership

• Define and implement

  frontend architecture standards

  and UI/UX design principles.
• Evaluate and integrate

  new frontend tools and technologies

  .
• Lead

  UI/UX improvements

  , ensuring seamless performance and accessibility.
• Manage

  bundler configurations

  (webpack, parcel, etc.), caching, and prefetching.

🔸 DevOps & Leadership

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define and execute

  DevOps strategies

• Lead a team of DevOps engineers, ensuring best practices and operational efficiency.
• Develop infrastructure budgets and manage

  CI/CD pipelines

• Provide

  technical mentorship and guidance

🧩 Required Skills & Competencies

• Proficiency in

  React.js, Node.js, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3

• Strong understanding of

  UI/UX principles, material/flat design, and animation frameworks

• Experience with

  cloud deployment (AWS / GCP / Azure)

• Familiarity with

  Docker, Kubernetes, GitHub Actions, or Jenkins
