You will successfully resolve Issues/Query from incoming customer contacts and proactive notification systems. You will proactively assist customers to avoid or reduce problem occurrence. You will engage with team members for support as required to ensure customer Service Level Agreement (SLA) demands are met. Manage customer pipelines efficiently and build excellent relationships with the customers. Escalate the issue to managers whenever required.
