Job Description

Operations Management

Oversee daily hub operations to ensure smooth inbound and outbound processes.
Monitor shipment loading, unloading, and dispatch activities.
Ensure timely delivery and adherence to TAT (Turn-Around Time).

2. Team Management

Supervise and guide delivery executives, loaders, and support staff.
Manage shift schedules, attendance, and manpower allocation.
Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.

3. Inventory & Documentation

Maintain accurate records of shipments, returns, and stock.
Verify and update manifests, PODs, and other operational documents.

4. Process Improvement

Identify operational gaps and implement corrective measures.
Ensure adherence to company SOPs and safety standards.

5. Coordination & Communication

Coordinate with zonal and regional teams for issue resolution.
Communicate performance metrics and challenges to higher management.

6. Customer Focus

Address customer or partner escalation related to delivery delays or losses.
Maintain service quality and ensure customer satisfaction.

7. Compliance & Safety

Ensure hub premises follow safety, security, and cleanliness standards.
Comply with company and local regulatory requirements.
