We are hiring - Hub manager Location: Noida, Sector 68 Industry: Two-Wheeler / Electric Vehicle Manufacturing Experience: 3 - 4 Years Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Hub Manager to oversee day-to-day operations at our Noida hub. The ideal candidate will manage teams, ensure efficient workflow, and maintain high standards of service quality. Prior experience in two-wheeler or EV manufacturing operations will be preferred. Key Responsibilities: Manage overall operations of the hub, including manpower planning and resource allocation. Ensure smooth workflow across service, logistics, and operations departments. Monitor daily performance metrics and drive continuous improvement. Coordinate with sales, service, and supply chain teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction. Handle administrative functions, inventory control, and reporting. Maintain compliance with company standards, safety norms, and process guidelines. Train and motivate the hub team for efficiency and productivity. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelors degree or Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical / Automobile Engineering. 3-4 years of experience in operations or service management (EV / Two-Wheeler preferred). Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office and operational reporting tools. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
