Role Description This is a full-time, on-site position as a Hub Manager located at Hyderabad House. The Hub Manager will oversee the daily operations of the hub, manage warehouse activities, coordinate logistics, monitor supply chain workflows, and ensure timely deliveries and efficiency. Responsibilities will also include leading a team, maintaining operational compliance, and optimizing workflows to meet key performance indicators. Qualifications Strong leadership, team management, and organizational skills Experience in warehouse management, logistics, and supply chain operations Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to optimize operational processes Proficiency in inventory management systems and logistics software Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to adapt quickly and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment Familiarity with compliance and best practices in logistics and warehousing Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field
