Key Responsibilities:

• Support the design and development of training content for various business functions
• Create engaging PowerPoint presentations, workbooks, and e-learning materials
• Design visually appealing internal communication and learning assets using Canva
• Assist in content writing, editing, and aligning materials with learning objectives
• Sorting, organizing, and analyzing training data to support

  data-driven decisions

  and learning insights
• Maintain and update internal learning repositories and documentation

Requirements:

• Strong proficiency in MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel
• Hands-on experience with Canva
• Excellent command of written English and a flair for content creation
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
• Interest in Learning & Development or HR is a plus
• Self-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced team environment
