Job Description

Roles and responsibilities include:

  1. Understanding various Organization Development models and the applicability of the same to suit client needs
  2. Supporting on risk analysis and identification of gaps in the existing processes
  3. Analysing data received from the clients
  4. Developing frameworks for new SOPs to be established
  5. Coordinating with clients to ensure the project timelines are met
  6. Discussing & developing content for training programs with content team/with director
  7. Preparing training material: workbooks, proposals, videos, handouts, lesson plans, presentations, and activities, etc.
  8. Coordinating with external trainers and clients for logistics details
  9. Working on client engagement: pre, during and post-training like an action plan, thank you emails, Google forms, e-cards, etc.

Education and Skills required:

  1. Education in Organization and Industrial Development(preferred)/Psychology/ Training and Development/ Human Resource Management
  2. MS-Office, English Proficiency (Spoken) and Data Management
