Job Summary As the Growth & Marketing Lead - eCommerce at Spencer’s Retail (RPSG Group), you will be responsible for driving customer acquisition, retention, and conversion for our quick commerce platform, Jiffy. You will develop and execute growth strategies, own traffic growth, and enhance the customer experience through data-driven marketing initiatives. --- Key Responsibilities 1. Acquisition 🔹 Growth Strategy: Develop and execute market expansion strategies, ensuring alignment with business objectives. 🔹 Assortment Planning: Customize product assortments to match market-specific demands and enhance customer experience. 🔹 Market Research: Conduct in-depth competitor and industry analysis to identify new opportunities and refine growth strategies. 🔹 Marketing Campaigns: Plan and execute impactful marketing initiatives across digital and offline channels to drive customer acquisition. 2. Retention 🔹 Customer Engagement: Implement personalized and consistent communication strategies to improve customer retention. 🔹 Brand Awareness: Strengthen brand presence through offline marketing, including events, sponsorships, and community engagement. 🔹 Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with Data, Product, and Creative teams to optimize the customer journey and brand positioning. 3. Conversion 🔹 Performance Optimization: Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven decisions to improve conversion rates. 🔹 P&L Management: Optimize budget allocation to maximize return on investment. 🔹 Impact Measurement: Establish and track key growth metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing and acquisition strategies. 🔹 Traffic & Orders Ownership: Take full responsibility for driving platform traffic and increasing order volumes. --- Qualifications & Experience 🎓 Educational: Graduate or Postgraduate degree with at least 3+ years of relevant experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or eCommerce roles. ✅ Professional Skills: ✔ Strong analytical and project management skills. ✔ Creative mindset with the ability to design innovative marketing and growth strategies. ✔ excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. ✔ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and data analysis tools. ✔ Experience in digital marketing, paid media, and CRM strategies.
