Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Hub Manager based in Ranni. As a Hub Manager, you will oversee daily operations of the logistics hub, ensuring smooth execution of deliveries and managing the hub's overall performance. Responsibilities include supervising delivery partners, monitoring performance metrics, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and implementing efficient operational strategies. The role also includes ensuring compliance with company policies, addressing logistical challenges, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

• Strong operational and logistical skills, including planning, execution, and problem-solving abilities.
• Team management and leadership skills, with experience in coordinating and guiding diverse teams effectively.
• Proficiency in using technology for daily operations and analyzing performance metrics; working knowledge of logistics software is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with teams, delivery partners, and customers.
• Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments and tackle challenges with a results-driven approach.
• Prior experience in logistics, supply chain management, or related fields will be advantageous.
• Educational qualification: Bachelor's degree in business, logistics, or a related field is preferred.
• Knowledge of local geography and familiarity with the logistics landscape in Ranni.
