Hub Manager

As a Hub Manager, Shift Incharge, or Team Leader for an e-commerce sorting center in Raipur, Chhattisgarh, your role will involve overseeing the efficient operations of the sorting center. Your responsibilities will include: - Managing a team of 100+ employees for 24-hour operations - Ensuring smooth workflow and timely delivery of packages - Implementing and enforcing standard operating procedures - Monitoring inventory levels and coordinating with other departments - Providing leadership and guidance to the team Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred - Proven experience in a similar role within an e-commerce company - Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a large team - Excellent organizational and time management skills Please note that this is a full-time position with day shift hours. The work location is in person at the sorting center in Raipur, Chhattisgarh.
