JOB PURPOSE The Secondary Transportation Specialist will play crucial role in looking after secondary transportation, with key focus on the Customer Deliveries for both Consumer Products and Lighting business at national level & branch level. This role is also responsible for ensuring optimized secondary movement through Full Truck Load, Milk Run and Courier Movement through National Partners. Coordinate with local WH team to ensure optimum serviceability with >97% on time deliveries 6. Work on creating & maintaining Dashboards to improve visibility to Warehouses and help them to take proactive action in maintaining service levels 7. Highlight customer complaints and get them resolved through active co-ordination with the Sales and Customer Operations team. 8. Develop new vendors and help in collaborating with strategic partners to bring down logistics costs and simultaneously improve the service levels. 9.
