ob Title: Hub Manager Location: Kandivali Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and proactive Hub Supervisor to oversee our last-mile delivery operations in Wakad. You'll manage daily hub activities, lead a team of delivery associates, and ensure all packages are delivered accurately and on time, maintaining high standards of efficiency and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Manage daily hub operations, including sorting, dispatch, and delivery. Lead, train, and motivate a team of delivery associates. Monitor performance metrics such as on-time delivery and team productivity. Resolve operational issues and customer complaints promptly. Ensure all team and hub activities comply with company safety policies. Qualifications Proven supervisory experience, ideally in logistics or last-mile delivery. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
