Job Summary


Skills & Qualifications:


  • Education:

    Bachelor’s degree in business, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
  • Experience:

    Minimum 2+ years of proven sales experience. Prior experience in firefighting or fire safety industry (e.g. Marine, Offshore, Manufacturing, Oil and Gas etc.) is highly preferrable.
  • Technical Skills:

    Proficiency in CRM software and data analytical tools and strong Excel skills, presentation software like Power point for creating compelling sales presentation for clients and internal reporting.
  • Analytical Skills:

    Strong ability to analyze Asian, Singapore, Malaysia and Indonesia markets, business culture, and customer behavior.
  • Communication Skills:

    Excellent verbal and written communication skills to present reports, and project updates clearly to stakeholders. Proficiency in English (mandatory).
  • Leadership:

    Displays strong leadership qualities with the ability to take initiative and drive results independently.
  • Teamwork:

    Possesses excellent teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and maintain positive working relationships.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Sales Strategy & Growth

    : Develop and execute regional sales strategies to drive revenue, market share, and customer expansion across Asia, including Singapore, Indonesia, and Malaysia.
  • Business Development:

    Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and channels through market research and competitor analysis.
  • Revenue & Performance

    : Achieve regional sales targets and profitability goals through performance tracking, forecasting, and corrective actions.
  • Client & Partner Relations:

    Strengthen relationships with key customers, partners, and distributors; manage negotiations, contracts, and pricing.
  • Operations & Compliance:

    Oversee regional sales operations, reporting, and CRM activities while ensuring compliance with company policies and local regulations.
  • Bids & Documentation:

    Support the proposal team in project bids and maintain accurate sales documentation for reporting and audits.


Working Conditions:


  • Full-time Position.
  • Remote Role.
  • Frequent travel may be required across countries for meetings.
