What You Will Do:

• Drive sales growth and market penetration in the assigned region
• Develop new customer relationships while strengthening existing key accounts
• Identify market needs, competitor moves & drive strategic positioning
• Work closely with Product & R&D teams to develop/customize offerings
• Collaborate with supply chain & operations to ensure smooth deliveries
• Build a strong distributor / channel / institutional network
• Prepare monthly/quarterly sales forecasts and performance reports
• Represent the company in client visits, exhibitions, trade events

Who You Are:

• Proven Sales & Business Development Expertise

  : You have a strong track record in driving regional sales, meeting revenue targets, and expanding the customer base.

• Industry & Product Understanding

  : Experience working with technical textiles / non-woven fabrics / hygiene products or similar industrial materials, with the ability to translate customer needs into product requirements.

• Supplier & Customer Network

  : You bring an existing network of distributors, buyers, OEMs, converters, hospitals/healthcare processors, or institutional customers (advantage).

• Strong Operational & Supply Chain Awareness

  : Understanding of lead times, pricing structures, logistics coordination, and quality requirements.

• Relationship Builder & Communicator

  : Skilled in negotiation, stakeholder management, and solution selling.

• Team-Oriented and Ownership Mindset

  : You work collaboratively while taking full responsibility for results in your region.
