Optimize freight and transportation costs while ensuring timely delivery. Post-Fixer Responsibilities: Complete post-shipment formalities such as document verification, inward remittances, and record keeping. Coordinate with banks for document negotiation under L/C or DP/DA terms. Record Keeping & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all shipments, imports, and related documentation. Generate regular reports on import/export status, cost, and performance metrics. Key Requirements: Minimum 2-5 years of experience in import/export documentation and operations. Proficient in MS Office and logistics software (ERP systems preferred). Excellent communication and coordination skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
