Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Regional Sales Manager to lead and expand our sales operations in the construction and real estate sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing sales teams, developing business strategies, and achieving revenue targets across multiple projects and territories. Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement regional sales strategies to achieve targets and market penetration. Lead, mentor, and manage the regional sales team to ensure consistent performance. Build and maintain strong relationships with builders, contractors, developers, architects, and channel partners. Drive sales of construction materials/real estate projects through B2B and B2C channels. Identify and onboard channel partners, brokers, and real estate consultants. Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and pricing strategies. Prepare and present sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports to senior management. Ensure smooth coordination between marketing, operations, and project teams for timely delivery. Participate in trade shows, property expos, and promotional events to enhance brand visibility. Negotiate and finalize deals with high-value clients and institutional buyers. Requirements:Education: MBA/PGDM in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, or equivalent. Experience: 7–12 years in real estate or construction sales, with regional leadership exposure. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. Strong understanding of the real estate market, construction products, and sales channels. Excellent team leadership, negotiation, and communication skills. Ability to travel extensively across the assigned region. Proficiency in CRM software, MS Office, and sales reporting tools.
