You will act as the bridge between technology and execution, ensuring the value of digital transformation is well understood by site teams and company leadership. What you&aposll do: Understand business challenges and operational pain-points in real estate and infra projects. Implement the Pocket Construction Manager ERP from onboarding to Go-live and post live support. Train site-level staff, engineers, and project managers on using our software platform. Coach leadership teams on the benefits of tech adoption and data-driven project decisions. Conduct regular follow-ups and support calls to ensure software adoption is smooth and complete. Collect site-level feedback and pass it on to internal product and support teams for improvement. Build strong client relationships by being proactive, responsive, and approachable. What you&aposll need: Civil Engineering graduate (Bachelors or Masters) passionate about innovation in construction. Have 12 years of experience in project execution or client-facing technical roles. Confident in public speaking, training, and hands-on implementation. Fluent in English and Hindi, and can explain concepts clearly to non-technical audiences.
