Regional Sales Manager – B2B SaaS (Construction Tech)

📍 Location: Hybrid – Mumbai

🧰 Experience: 2–4 years

About The Role

We are looking for a Regional Sales Manager that specializes in B2B Cloud based SAAS Enterprise sale & Channel Business Network. Civil engineers who want to build their career in the construction tech domain will see ample opportunities in the forthcoming times and can apply for this role as we are willing to offer ESOP’s engagement opportunities.

As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be required to call the qualified Enterprise leads extracted from ZoomInfo, Linkedin, website outreach, existing customers, Manager’s network, outbound event campaigns and Google & FB ADs which are assigned to you and are within your region. Your responsibilities will include qualifying the leads, conducting a demo along with an inside sales consultant, meeting the client in person and closing the deal to meet your sales targets!

  • What You’ll Be DoingCalling qualified Enterprise leads, engaging personally in-person, sales farming & acquaintances.
  • Conducting online & offline demo sessions with an implementation expert & closing the deal.
  • Should have leadership skills and willingness to build & lead a team after finishing probation.
  • Meeting the Managers/Owners, Managers etc. of small & medium scale construction businesses.
  • Engage to build and run a channel distribution network for SAAS sales.
  • Attend marketing events for lead generation and brand-building!


  • Skillset & Attitude we're looking for!Construction Graduate/Post Graduate (preferred)
  • B2B SAAS product or Enterprise ERP sales experience of 3-4 years
  • Excellent spoken English and Hindi.
  • Need to be client focused and aggressive in closing deals and meeting targets.
  • Excellent business sense for Channel partner engagements to build a large distribution network.
  • Willingness to pursue a long-term career as a COMPANY-BUILDER!
