Business Consultant

Were looking for Civil Engineers with strong interpersonal skills who are excited to work at the intersection of construction and technology. As a Business Consultant, youll play a critical role in enabling our customers to adopt and use our platform effectively at their construction sites.

This role involves frequent client interactions, onsite visits, and leading implementation + training sessions at construction projects. You will act as the bridge between technology and execution, ensuring the value of digital transformation is well understood by site teams and company leadership.

What you&aposll do:

• Understand business challenges and operational pain-points in real estate and infra projects.
• Implement the Pocket Construction Manager ERP from onboarding to Go-live and post live support.
• Train site-level staff, engineers, and project managers on using our software platform.
• Coach leadership teams on the benefits of tech adoption and data-driven project decisions.
• Conduct regular follow-ups and support calls to ensure software adoption is smooth and complete.
• Collect site-level feedback and pass it on to internal product and support teams for improvement.
• Build strong client relationships by being proactive, responsive, and approachable.

What you&aposll need:

• Civil Engineering graduate (Bachelors or Masters) passionate about innovation in construction.
• Have 12 years of experience in project execution or client-facing technical roles.
• Confident in public speaking, training, and hands-on implementation.
• Fluent in English and Hindi, and can explain concepts clearly to non-technical audiences.
• A self-starter, problem solver, and good listenersomeone clients trust instantly.
• Have a genuine interest in construction technology, digital transformation, and site operations.
