Business Consultant @ RanceLab

As a Chartered Accountant or someone from a commerce/business background, you understand how businesses operate, where they lose efficiency, and what truly drives profitability. At RanceLab, were seeking a Business Consultant who can leverage their expertise to drive tangible impact for retailers and restaurants utilising our POS software.

You’ll step into the client’s world by listening to how they work today, spotting gaps, and showing them more innovative ways to run their business. From training them on features they didn’t even know existed to guiding owners in making data-driven decisions, you’ll help transform our ERP from a tool they use into a growth engine they rely on. Over time, you won’t just be a consultant but their trusted advisor.

Skills Required

• Chartered Accountants (CA, CA Finalist, CA Inter, CA Aspirants)
• Commerce or any graduate (B.Com / BBA / MBA preferred)
• Proficiency in Tally and MS Office
• Strong analytical and presentation skills
• Passion for computers and business technology
• Excellent communication and client-handling ability

Knowledge

• Strong accounting and inventory concepts
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office for reporting and analysis
• Sound business understanding with clear concepts of business processes
• Ability to design workflows for efficiency and tighter control

Qualifications & Experience

• A bachelor’s degree in commerce, business, or related fields (B.Com / BBA / MBA)
• CA freshers, CA interns, cost accountants, process-oriented professionals, accountants, or data-entry operators with strong business understanding are encouraged to apply
• Added Advantage: 2 years of experience in consulting, business analysis, accounting, or client-facing roles
