Training Evaluation & Reporting: Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and KPIs. Compliance & Policy Implementation: Ensure all training programs comply with industry regulations and organizational policies. Maintain updated training records for audits and internal reviews. Learning Management System (LMS): Oversee the implementation and maintenance of an LMS (if applicable). Track employee progress and maintain digital learning resources. Culture & Engagement: Promote a culture of continuous learning and employee development. Support initiatives related to employee engagement and well-being through learning activities. Budget & Vendor Management: Prepare and manage the annual L&D budget. Identify and negotiate with training vendors and partners.
