Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Consultant to support our certified partners and MSME clients across key regions. The ideal candidate will offer strategic guidance, optimize business processes, and provide consultation across major business domains to drive performance and growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end consultation across major business functions: HR, Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Financial Management.
• Develop and manage strong relationships with certified partners to understand their business needs and challenges.
• Conduct detailed needs assessments and collaborate partner teams to define project objectives.
• Analyse existing business workflows and recommend improvements or design new processes where needed.
• Develop and implement strategic policies and business development plans.
• Suggest enhancements to increase efficiency and profitability.
• Guide partners on lead management, resource tracking, HR policies, and performance monitoring.
• Deliver insights on digital marketing trends and conduct competition analysis for better market positioning.
• Regularly visit assigned partners and serve as a trusted business advisor.

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with MBA or equivalent preferred.
• 7-10 years of experience in business consulting, sales, marketing, or entrepreneurship.
• Strong understanding of multi-domain business operations and digital tools.
• Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple partner engagements independently.
