Senior Business Development Executive

About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Senior Business Development Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, building strong client relationships, and identifying new opportunities to expand our market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate new business opportunities through Upwork and other freelance platforms.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Manage the complete business development cycle — from lead generation to deal closure.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Design, Development, Marketing) to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
• Prepare and present compelling proposals, quotations, and business presentations.
• Identify potential market opportunities and contribute to the development of effective business strategies.
• Conduct meetings and client calls to understand project requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
• Manage and convert email marketing leads into active clients through consistent follow-ups and engagement.
• Track, analyze, and report business development activities to measure performance and progress.
• Support the Business Development Manager in achieving sales and revenue targets while maintaining a strong team collaboration.
