Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Business Development Executive with strong experience in the US IT staffing industry to drive new business acquisition, manage client relationships, and support revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new clients in the US IT staffing market
• Build and maintain strong relationships with direct clients, MSPs, and implementation partners
• Handle MSP/VMS portals (Fieldglass, Beeline, JobDiva, etc.)
• Negotiate contracts, billing rates, and commercial terms
• Collaborate with recruitment teams to ensure timely and quality deliveries
• Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly revenue targets
• Maintain accurate sales pipeline and reports using CRM tools
• Stay updated on US IT staffing trends and client demands

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 37 years of proven experience in US IT Staffing Business Development
• Strong understanding of the US staffing lifecycle and hiring models
• Hands-on experience in client acquisition and account management
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work in US shift timings
• Self-motivated, target-driven professional

• Experience working with MSP/VMS accounts
