Senior Business Development Executive

Location: NSP, Delhi – 35

McLine Studios is a US-based architectural firm specializing in innovative and sustainable architectural solutions. We are looking for a Senior Business Development Executive who brings a proactive mindset, strong international client-handling experience, and the ability to drive growth through strategic business development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute business development strategies to identify and capitalize on new market opportunities, emerging trends, and evolving client needs.
• Work closely with the Campaign Support Team while independently managing and expanding relationships with international clients.
• Drive lead generation efforts through targeted email marketing campaigns, outbound sales strategies, and market research initiatives.
• Analyze client requirements and develop tailored solutions, including presentations, proposals, and strategic demonstrations.
• Own and manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from prospecting and qualification to negotiation and deal closure.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships to ensure repeat business and client satisfaction.
• Coordinate and lead client meetings, ensuring effective communication, alignment on objectives, and smooth project progress.
• Maintain accurate sales documentation, reports, and CRM updates to support forecasting and performance tracking.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align business development efforts with organizational goals.

Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage senior-level international stakeholders.
• Proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
• Strong organizational, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
• High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strategic mindset with a results-oriented approach to business growth.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
