Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in web development, digital marketing, and mobile app solutions.
• Manage lead generation activities through direct outreach (calls, LinkedIn, networking), email marketing campaigns, cold reach/prospecting, and online marketplaces (Upwork, PeoplePerHour, Freelancer, etc.).
• Develop and execute business strategies to achieve growth targets.
• Adapt and switch between strategies quickly if a particular channel is not delivering results.
• Prepare and deliver business presentations, pitch decks, and proposals (PPT-based).
• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, delivery, and product teams) to ensure client requirements are understood and delivered effectively.
• Maintain accurate lead pipelines, track progress, and prepare regular reports.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Experience: 1.5 – 3 years in Business Development within the IT sector.
• Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of IT services, especially web development, digital marketing, and mobile applications.
• Lead Generation Expertise: Hands-on experience in direct channels, email marketing, cold reach, and online marketplace bidding.
