Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Business Development Executive located in Noida. The Senior Business Development Executive will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, performing lead generation activities, managing client accounts, building and maintaining positive professional relationships, and effectively presenting solutions to meet client needs. The role requires a strong understanding of the real estate industry and excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with both internal teams and external stakeholders.

• Strong Business acumen and strategic mindset to identify growth opportunities and execute plans effectively.
• Exceptional Communication and relationship-building skills to engage and maintain professional relationships.
• Experience in Account Management to handle client accounts and ensure satisfaction.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment.
• Experience in the real estate industry is an advantage.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
