Job Description

Required Skills:
  • Any Graduate with MBA/PGDM as an additional qualification will be an added advantage.
  • Proven 2 to 8 years of Inside sales B2B (Enterprise SaaS / Enterprise Software Products/ Digital Platforms) lead generation/business development experience.
  • Willing to work in evening/night shift US time-zones.
  • Candidates with solid Lead Generation experience for the US market for outsourced software services.
  • A quick learner with an ability to quickly acquire adequate understanding of the target market.
  • Should have track record of successfully achieving monthly / quarterly targets for qualified leads.
  • Should have clear understanding of Sales Cycle.
  • Running Campaigns, setting up conference calls and in-person meetings at CXO level for the filed sales team.
  • Exposure to the US ISV/Healthcare/Insurance Domains will be an added advantage.
  • Proficient in researching target companies and identify right party contacts.
  • Familiarity with using CRM tools like Salesforce, Zoho and generating timely sales reports.
  • Should have excellent communication (Written & Verbal), influencing and persuasion abilities.
  • Confident of building a strong rapport with key contacts and their EAs in the target accounts.
  • Should have strong networking skills to build a contact base through various social networks like LinkedIn, Facebook, Company website.
  • Ability to adapt & multitask in a fast-paced environment is necessary.
  • Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day.
  • Ability to get through gatekeepers to talk to target contacts.
  • Strong listening skills.
  • Ideally have worked in lead generation with Health Plans.
