Job Title: US Non-IT Recruiter Location: DSL Abacus IT Park, Uppal, Hyderabad (Fully Onsite) Experience: 3 to 5 Years Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic US Non-IT Recruiter to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Non-IT recruitment for the US market, with the ability to source, screen, and place qualified candidates across diverse domains like Healthcare, Engineering, Finance, Manufacturing, Logistics, and Administrative roles. Key Responsibilities: Handle the end-to-end recruitment process for Non-IT roles in the US market. Source and screen candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, internal database, and social media platforms. Work on W2, C2C, and 1099 hiring models as per client requirements. Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients. Manage candidate pipelines and keep accurate records of communication and progress. Understand client needs, analyze job descriptions, and deliver the best-fit candidates. Follow up with candidates during the onboarding process and ensure timely joining. Collaborate closely with the Business Development and Account Management teams. Requirements: 3 to 5 years of experience in US Non-IT recruitment. Hands-on experience in sourcing and placing candidates across various Non-IT industries. Familiarity with job portals like Dice, CareerBuilder, Monster, Indeed, and LinkedIn. Strong understanding of US recruitment models (W2, C2C, 1099). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
