We are looking for a talented Business Analyst to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who excels at translating business needs into clear technical requirements, creating high-quality documentation, and collaborating within Agile product development teams. • Lead requirement discovery sessions with product owners, engineers, and client stakeholders.
• Convert business needs into BRDs, FRDs, PRDs, workflows, and well-defined acceptance criteria.
• Create epics, user stories, and tasks in JIRA with clear, testable specifications.
• Conduct gap analysis, impact analysis, and detailed process mapping.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation in Confluence, including product requirement documents, functional specifications, data flow diagrams, API references (if applicable), SOPs, release notes, and user guides.
• Ensure all documentation is regularly updated to reflect sprint changes and product updates.
• Serve as a bridge between business, product, and engineering teams.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies: sprint planning, backlog refinement, story grooming, etc.
• Collaborate with QA teams to align acceptance criteria and support test case creation.
• Track sprint progress using JIRA boards, dashboards, and burndown charts.
• Document AS-IS and TO-BE workflows using Lucidchart, Miro, or similar tools.
• Identify process gaps and propose optimization or automation opportunities.
• Assist in implementing new product features and enhancements.
• Communicate requirements and updates clearly across teams.
• Conduct product walkthroughs, demos, and coordinate UAT sessions.
• Collaborate effectively with US-based clients while managing expectations and timelines.
• Expertise in technical writing and structured documentation.
• Strong hands-on experience with Confluence and JIRA.
• Exposure to APIs, SQL basics, and system integrations (preferred).
• Ability to work with engineering teams to validate feasibility and dependencies.
• Strong logical reasoning, process mapping, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to convert ambiguous requirements into clear, structured specifications.
• Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to interact professionally with US stakeholders, engineers, and leadership teams.
• Someone proactive, detail-oriented, and accountable.
• Thrives in fast-paced, evolving environments.
• Comfortable working with partial US overlap.
• Strong discipline in documentation and version control.
