Senior Business Development Executive

• Responsible for obtaining profitable results through the sales team by developing the team through motivation, counselling, skills development and product knowledge development.
• Manage the sales administration function, operational performance reporting, streamlining processes and systems wherever possible, and advising management on maximizing business relationships and creating an environment where NEW customer base can flourish.
• Responsible for driving sales, developing a business plan covering sales, revenue, and meeting agreed targets, also promoting the organizations presence throughout the allocated region.
• Ensure that all sales activities are in accordance with the guidelines of C-Zentrix code of Conduct.
• Responsible for monitoring the performance of the sales team (in near future) by establishing a system of reports and communications involving sales reports, cyclical sales meetings, sales newsletters and electronic bulletins.
• To be target driven. Venturing into new markets(Domestic and International) which a target driven approach.

Skills Required:

• Excellent phone communication and business correspondence skills. 
• Should have prior experience in Solution Selling/ IT Sales / Software Sales/SaaS Sales
• Clear, concise and compelling written and verbal communication skills.
