L&D Manager

Job Title: Learning & Development (L&D) Manager Location: Ludhiana, Punjab Department: Human Resources Reporting To: Head of HR / HR Director Key Responsibilities: Training Needs Analysis: Conduct regular training needs assessments across departments. Collaborate with department heads to identify skill gaps and performance improvement areas. Learning Program Design & Delivery: Develop and implement customized training programs (technical, behavioral, compliance). Organize in-house workshops, webinars, and on-the-job training sessions. Engage external trainers and consultants when needed. Performance & Talent Development: Implement career development programs aligned with succession planning. Facilitate leadership development programs and employee upskilling initiatives. Training Evaluation & Reporting: Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and KPIs. Prepare and present reports on training outcomes and ROI to senior management. Compliance & Policy Implementation: Ensure all training programs comply with industry regulations and organizational policies. Maintain updated training records for audits and internal reviews. Learning Management System (LMS): Oversee the implementation and maintenance of an LMS (if applicable). Track employee progress and maintain digital learning resources. Culture & Engagement: Promote a culture of continuous learning and employee development. Support initiatives related to employee engagement and well-being through learning activities. Budget & Vendor Management: Prepare and manage the annual L&D budget. Identify and negotiate with training vendors and partners.
