Act as the primary point of contact for student engagement and communication. Manage student orientation, onboarding, and induction programs. Maintain accurate student records, attendance, and performance data. Address student concerns and escalate issues to the appropriate department when necessary. Counsel students and parents about available programs, course structures, career outcomes, and admission requirements.
