You will be responsible for a diverse set of tasks as an Admin & Accounts Associate in our team. Your role will require a blend of administrative expertise and basic accounting knowledge. The ideal candidate should possess strong financial acumen, impeccable communication skills, initiative-taking capabilities, and the ability to efficiently manage daily priorities. A proactive approach and effective teamwork will be key to excelling in this multifaceted position. In terms of administration, you will be tasked with efficiently managing and organizing office files, documents, and records. Handling incoming and outgoing phone calls and emails will be part of your responsibilities. Additionally, scheduling and coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements, as well as maintaining office supplies and equipment, will fall under your purview. You will also oversee day-to-day office activities, coordinate with customers and other service providers, and provide necessary support to the project team. Collaboration with the project team on reports, logistical requirements, and overall engagement will be crucial. An added advantage would be a willingness to work closely with the Business Development Team. Regarding accounts, you will be expected to maintain and update financial records and databases. Supporting month-end and year-end closing processes, accurately recording expenses and receipts, and overseeing the financial function of the organization will be part of your duties. It will also be essential to coordinate with the CA firm to ensure 100% statutory compliance. This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits such as cell phone reimbursement and health insurance. The work schedule is during the day shift, and there is a yearly bonus opportunity.
