As an Admin & Accounts Associate at our company, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our office operations and financial management. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will be key in handling a variety of tasks efficiently. **Key Responsibilities:** - Manage & organize office files, documents, and records. - Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls and emails. - Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. - Maintain office supplies and equipment. - Coordinate with customers and other service providers. - Provide ad hoc support to the project team. - Maintain and update financial records and databases. - Support month-end and year-end closing processes. - Record expenses and receipts accurately. - Manage the financial function of the organization. - Coordinate with the CA firm for statutory compliance. **Qualifications Required:** - Strong organizational and multitasking skills. - Basic knowledge of accounting principles. - Excellent communication skills. - Ability to take initiative and prioritize tasks. - Proficiency in MS Office applications.
