Consultant

• More than Ten (10) years of corporate experience with exposure to business consulting, with a focus on driving organizational growth and efficiency.
• Exposure to key business functions including Strategy, Operations, Finance, Human Resources and Management.
• Experience in working with family-owned and family-managed businesses will be considered an asset.
• Proven ability to manage projects independently and lead cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders.
• Sound experience in data analyses project management and reporting skills.
• Must possess an entrepreneurial mindset and a consulting approach to problem-solving.
• Willingness to travel as required, both within India and internationally.

· A Postgraduate degree in Business, Management, or a related field is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Kochi, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Willingness to travel:

• 75% (Preferred)
