The ideal candidate must have at least 2 end to end project experience in Oracle Payroll Cloud within the HCM space. This role requires Fast Formula expertise apart from Payroll module skills and strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Lead and participate in the implementation, support, and enhancement of Oracle Payroll Cloud solutions. Work extensively with Oracle Redwood UI , ensuring a seamless user experience and adopting best practices for HCM transformations. Configure and customize Oracle Payroll Cloud applications to meet business requirements. Have an understanding of Fusion HCM and Payroll concepts and the integration of Payroll Cloud with other HCM Modules Analyze business requirements, conduct fit-gap analysis , and design system solutions accordingly. Collaborate with key stakeholders, HR teams, and technical teams to streamline HR processes. Develop reports, dashboards, and analytics using Oracle BI and OTBI .
