Job Title: Lead Java Developer (Full-stack Developer) - WinfoTest Tool Location: Bangalore / Hyderabad Job Type: Full-Time Job Summary: We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Full-stack Developer / Development Lead with a strong background in SaaS and web application development. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in leading development teams, managing projects, and delivering high-quality software solutions. This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to meet project timelines, and the capability to prioritize deliverables effectively. Key Responsibilities: Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of developers, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure high performance and professional growth. Development Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of development projects. Ensure the team adheres to best practices and industry standards. Project Delivery: Manage project timelines, ensuring deliverables are completed on time and within scope. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals. Technical Expertise: Possess in-depth knowledge of various programming languages, frameworks, and tools required for fullstack development. SaaS and Web Application Development: Design, develop, and maintain SaaS and web applications using modern technologies and frameworks. Version Control: Utilize version control systems like Git and GitHub to manage code repositories and collaborate with the team. Security: Implement and maintain security measures such as Basic Authentication, OAuth 2.0, and JWT to protect applications. Product Roadmap: Contribute to the development and maintenance of the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs. Quarterly Release Plan: Develop and manage quarterly release plans, coordinating with stakeholders to ensure timely and successful releases. Technology Updates/Changes: Stay updated with the latest technology trends and advancements. Evaluate and implement new technologies and tools to enhance the development process. Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with the leadership team, providing regular updates on project status, risks, and issues. Prioritization: Prioritize tasks and deliverables based on project requirements and deadlines. Ensure the team is focused on high-impact activities. Required Skills and Qualifications: Languages/Frameworks: Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, React/Angular, and REST APIs. Databases: Experience with Oracle DB or MySQL. Version Control: Proficiency in Git and GitHub. Security: Knowledge of Basic Authentication, OAuth 2.0, and JWT. Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of leading and managing development teams. Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced certifications in development or project management are a plus. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Good to Have: DevOps: Experience with CI/CD, Docker, Jenkins, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP). Testing: Knowledge of Junit or TestNG, Swagger, Postman, and Selenium.
