Trust Operations – PMS Wealth

• Perform BOD/EOD operational activities for trust structures
• Ensure accurate and timely recording of all investment transactions as per relevant Indian accounting standards and regulatory frameworks (e.g., IRDAI, SEBI, RBI).
• Manage trust accounting, books of accounts, and periodic reconciliations
• Execute and process transactions in Mutual Funds, Equity, and Derivatives for PMS / Wealth clients
• Monitor and ensure accurate trade settlements, corporate actions, and portfolio postings
• Handle timely statutory compliances, including:
• Income Tax and Advance Tax calculations for trusts
• GST and TDS computations (as applicable)
• Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, custodians, brokers, and internal wealth teams
• Ensure adherence to SEBI regulations, PMS guidelines, and trust governance frameworks
• Support internal audits, external audits, and regulatory reviews
• Maintain accurate documentation and reports related to trust structures, investor transactions, and compliance
• Raise monthly / AUM invoices & recovery
• Perform check on breaks and complete bookkeeping

Required Qualifications & Knowledge

• CA / CA Inter
• Indian Trust Act and trust structures used in PMS
• Income Tax provisions applicable to trusts and PMS entities
• GST & TDS compliances relevant to wealth and trust operations
• SEBI PMS regulations (preferred)
