Job Description

Own end-to-end administration of Informatica MDM environments (DEV to PROD)
Design, deploy, and maintain highly available and scalable MDM platforms
Perform MDM Hub installations, upgrades, and patching activities
Manage ORS creation, configuration, and lifecycle operations
Ensure optimal performance through JVM, application, and database tuning
Lead incident management and root cause analysis for production issues
Implement monitoring, ing, and proactive system health checks
Manage security, user access, and audit requirements
Support batch and real-time MDM integrations
Coordinate with DB, infra, and network teams for platform stability
Plan and execute disaster recovery and failover drills
Automate deployments and environment promotions
Ensure compliance with enterprise governance and data standards
Support cutovers, go-lives, and release deployments
Maintain SOPs, runbooks, and operational documentation
Provide L3 production support in 247 environments
Mentor junior administrators and support teams
Work closely with data governance and business stakeholders
Engage Informatica support and vendors when required
Continuously improve platform reliability, scalability, and performance
