About the Opportunity

Prohub Process Management Pvt Ltd is a dynamic organization focused on driving business transformation and growth for its clients across diverse industries. We are seeking a talented and motivated professional to join our consulting team as a Consultant – Business Transformation & Growth at our Kochi (Edapally) office.

This role offers an excellent platform for individuals passionate about process improvement, operational excellence, and strategic consulting, providing exposure to real-world client engagements, business challenges, and transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will be solution-oriented, adaptable, and capable of handling both strategic and operational responsibilities in a consulting capacity.

Who Should Apply?

We are looking for candidates who:

· Have a Master’s degree in Business, Management, Commerce, Engineering, or related fields.

· Have 3+ years of experience in operations, process management, consulting, or workflow optimization.

· Are analytical, solution-oriented, and passionate about improving business operations.

· Are adaptable, proactive, and comfortable interacting with clients and internal teams.

An MBA in Operations, Strategy, or Business Management is preferred but not mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:

· Engage with clients to understand business challenges and design solutions.

· Conduct process mapping, gap analysis, and prepare actionable recommendations.

· Drive performance improvement initiatives across operations, supply chain, finance, and other departments.

· Support ERP/technology-led transformation initiatives.

· Prepare/Monitor KPIs, analyze deviations, and recommend corrective measures.

· Collaborate with internal teams and senior management for seamless project execution.

· Build and maintain a motivated and accountable team environment across all project members.

Skills & Competencies:

· Strong consulting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

· Knowledge of business operations, policies, workflows, and transformation frameworks.

· Familiarity with ERP systems, process mapping tools, and MS Office Suite.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; fluency in Hindi is advantageous.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a willingness to travel as needed.

Location & Work Mode:

· Base Location: Kochi, Kerala (Edapally Office – On-site)

· Work Mode: On-site (office and client-facing assignments as required)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹420,000.00 per year
