Salary Range: ₹3,00,000 – ₹4,20,000 per annum

Role Overview

We are looking for a driven and dynamic Consultant – Business Transformation & Growth to support our clients through strategic and operational transformation initiatives. The role is ideal for professionals with a background in engineering and an MBA in Operations Management, who are passionate about delivering impact through structured consulting practices.

This role involves working closely with clients to identify improvement areas, optimize processes, implement solutions, and support growth strategies. The ideal candidate will be solution-oriented, adaptable, and capable of handling both strategic and operational responsibilities in a consulting capacity.

Key Responsibilities

Client Engagement & Delivery

Act as a consulting partner to clients, understanding their operational challenges and business goals.

Conduct detailed process mapping, gap analysis, and solution design for business transformation.

Prepare and deliver business proposals, strategy documents, and implementation roadmaps.

Drive performance improvement initiatives across departments (operations, supply chain, finance, etc.).

Serve as the client’s point of contact during assignments, ensuring alignment and timely execution.

Support the implementation of ERP/technology solutions, including Odoo or equivalent tools.

Operational Excellence & Execution

Lead the execution of transformation plans, ensuring deliverables are met as per agreed timelines.

Monitor KPIs, report deviations, and recommend corrective actions to stakeholders.

Liaise with internal teams to align project outcomes with organizational goals.

Leverage data and analytics for insight-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.

Ensure documentation of processes, learnings, and best practices for internal knowledge sharing.

Collaboration & Cross-functional Support

Work closely with cross-functional teams and senior management to drive change management initiatives.

Collaborate on developing frameworks, tools, and methodologies for business consulting projects.

Assist in internal process improvements and strategic planning for the consulting vertical.

Skills & Competencies Required

Consulting & Analytical Skills

Strong understanding of business operations and transformation frameworks.

Proven ability to diagnose problems, structure solutions, and deliver client value.

Ability to synthesize data, generate insights, and present findings clearly and concisely.

Technical Proficiency

Hands-on experience or familiarity with ERP systems (Odoo preferred), process mapping tools, and MS Office Suite.

Understanding of digital transformation tools and their application in mid-sized businesses.

Communication & Client Management

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Fluency in Hindi is a strong advantage due to client location and nature of work.

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and manage stakeholders.

Adaptability & Initiative

Willingness to travel based on project needs.

Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Flexible and adaptable to changing environments and client requirements.

Qualifications

MBA in Operations Management (preferred) with a background in Engineering (any discipline).

Minimum 2 years of experience in operations, process improvement, or business consulting roles.

Experience in ERP implementation or working within ERP-driven environments is a plus.

Additional Requirements

Willingness to relocate temporarily to Baroda for client-facing engagements.

Long-term commitment to the Kochi (Edapally) office as the base location.
