Tech Support Specialist @ RanceLab

As someone with a background in IT, computer applications, or a strong technical mindset, you know that great support isnt just about fixing errors, but it’s about keeping things running when it matters most. At RanceLab, we’re seeking a Tech Support Specialist who can transform stress into relief and downtime into seamless operations.

You’ll be the first call when things go wrong. You’ll listen, diagnose, and resolve issues with speed and patience. From installing and configuring our ERP to training staff and documenting solutions, you’ll ensure that support feels seamless.

What makes this role exciting is the impact it has. You won’t just wait for tickets, but you’ll be the reason restaurants and retailers keep customers happy during their busiest hours. You’ll be the calm in the chaos, the expert they trust, and the quiet hero behind their success.

Key Skills We Value

  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving ability
  • Proficiency in Tally and MS Office (SQL knowledge is an added advantage)
  • Clear communication and client-handling skills

  • Detail-oriented with strong documentation skills

Knowledge

  • Strong accounting and inventory concepts
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office tools for reporting and analysis
  • Ability to design workflows for efficiency and tight control

Qualification & Experience

  • 0–2 years of relevant experience as a customer support executive
  • Good knowledge of computers and internet applications
  • Basic understanding of Windows, MS Office, networking, antivirus, and remote support tools (TeamViewer, etc.)
  • Added Advantage: Tally, MS Office (advanced), SQL, or any programming language
  • Super Added Advantage: Hardware & Networking knowledge with certifications (A+, N+, CCNA, MCSC, Oracle)
