Job Summary:

We are looking for a Customer Support Executive (Voice & Chat) who will be responsible for handling customer queries through inbound/outbound calls and live chat/email support. The candidate should ensure excellent customer experience by providing accurate, timely, and professional responses.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer queries via voice calls and live chat in a professional manner
Resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Follow communication scripts and company guidelines
Escalate unresolved issues to the concerned department
Meet defined quality, productivity, and turnaround time (TAT) targets
Ensure customer satisfaction and build long-term relationships
Provide product/service information clearly and effectively

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Graduate / Undergraduate (any discipline)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong problem-solving and customer-handling skills
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools)
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Willingness to work in shifts (if required)

Preferred Skills:

Prior experience in BPO / Call Center / Customer Support
Experience in international voice or chat support (added advantage)
Typing speed of 3040 WPM for chat support
Customer-centric attitude
