Role: Regional Sales Manager Location: Bangalore Covering: Entire Karnataka Experience: Served minimum 2 years experience on the RSM position Role & responsibilities:- * Develop business in Karnataka by planning, directing and implementing sales strategies and programs to achieve or exceed the sales objectives for the region. * Setting targets and monitoring team performance periodically to ensure that they are in line with the business plan. * Analyzing the sales trend and taking corrective actions wherever necessary. * Managing, directing and coordinating the activities of the Area Sales Managers. * Ensure coordination and relationship management with distributors, customers, as well as other departments. * Hire sales team and retain them for the long term prospectus. Preferred candidate profile:- * Sound knowledge of sales and sales administration processes. * Strong leadership skills and ability to manage and lead a team. * Positive approach to problem solving. * Commitment to achieving the sales targets.
