Job Description

1. Shapes company's overall business in the region by developing strategic plans and evaluating competitor performance

2. Conducts market and competitor research to identify opportunities, connects with more dealers and retailers and perform gap analysis to initiate corrective actions

3. Promotes the company brand through establishing and maintaining relationships with distributors and retailers and conducting sales promotional activities

1. Monitors and reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and market conditions to senior management

2. Aligns regional sales activities with company financial goals and oversees sales to achieve monthly, quarterly and annual targets

1. Identify and evaluate new business opportunities by leveraging market insights and fostering collaborative relationships with key stakeholders

2. Engages and maintains strong relationships with clients, dealers, channel partners and other key stakeholder

3. Organizes and leads dealer meetings and product presentations and represent the company at industry events and trade shows

4. Drives and executes marketing strategies across all channels, in close collaboration with the communication team

5. Leads and manages special programs, including Loyalty Engagement Program and Sales Acceleration initiatives to increase market penetration and customer engagement

6. Implements company policies, schemes, and discounts through effective communication with stakeholders like dealers, retailers, and influencers

1. Maximizes the organizations efficiency, productivity and performance of the sales team, leading them towards achieving targets

2. Provides training and support to dealers and sales representatives to ensure effective product knowledge and sales techniques

3. Assess the deployment of the sales team, manage vacancies, and ensure overall manpower requirements are met

4. Evaluates and validates reports, expenses, and claims of the sales team. Engage in periodic fieldwork with the sales team and dealers
