Job Title: E-commerce Manager Location: TFG India Office, Noida Sec - 142 Work Schedule: Monday to Friday | Work from Office Experience Required: 8–10 Years Department: E-commerce About the Role: TFG India is looking for a highly motivated and experienced E-commerce Manager to lead the development and management of our Shopify-based B2B e-commerce platform. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in e-commerce business operations along with hands-on experience in Shopify website development, theme customization, and app integration . Key Responsibilities: Project Management: Oversee the end-to-end development of the Shopify-based website in coordination with internal teams and external agencies. Shopify Expertise: Develop Manage Shopify customizations with the help of agency, including theme design, page setup, third-party app integration, and performance optimization. E-commerce Operations: Drive product catalog management, pricing, promotions, SEO, analytics, and other core e-commerce functions. User Experience (UX): Ensure high-quality UX/UI across all devices and optimize customer journey from product discovery to checkout. Business Strategy: Work closely with leadership to align e-commerce strategy with overall distribution goals and growth plans. Inventory & Order Flow: Coordinate with warehousing and logistics teams for seamless backend operations and order fulfillment. Data & Reporting: Track website KPIs, conversion metrics, traffic trends, and sales analytics to generate regular performance reports. Vendor Coordination: Manage third-party agencies, developers, and Shopify partners to ensure timely delivery of website modules. Required Skills & Experience: 6–8 years of experience in e-commerce management , with a focus on B2B product businesses. Proven hands-on experience with Shopify , including theme development, Liquid coding, custom app configuration, and API integrations. Familiarity with SEO, Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, and performance tools. Experience in eCommerce platforms and tools like Shopify is a plus. Strong analytical and project management skills.
