Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Regional Sales Manager located in Kochi. The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for managing sales operations within the designated region, developing and implementing sales strategies, and meeting sales targets. Daily tasks include overseeing the sales team, building client relationships, conducting market research, and preparing sales reports. The Regional Sales Manager will also collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and contribute to product development.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, sales management, and customer relationship management (CRM)
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Proficiency in market research and sales reporting
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to develop and implement sales strategies
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Experience in the elevator or mobility solutions industry is a plus
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities
