Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Regional Sales Manager located in Kochi. The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing sales operations within the region, developing and implementing sales strategies, managing a sales team, and achieving regional sales goals. Additionally, the role involves building and maintaining relationships with clients, understanding market trends, and identifying new business opportunities.

• Proven experience in Sales Management and Sales Strategy development
• Excellent customer relationship management and communication skills
• Strong leadership and team management abilities
• In-depth knowledge of the elevator industry is a plus
• Ability to analyze market trends and data
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Proficient in using CRM software and sales analytics tools
• Willingness to travel within the region
